ORDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the Order is the purchase of 6 optical and microcomputer development sets (e.g. in the form of augmented reality glasses for disassembly and further testing) with the following minimum parameters:
Resolution: (minimum) 854x480
Field of view (FOV): (minimum) 28 degrees
Brightness: (minimum) 1000 nits
PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS
The offer should be submitted in one of the following ways:

EVALUATION OF OFFERS
The contracting authority will evaluate the offers on the basis of the following criteria:
Net price for the subject of the order: 100%
Method of evaluation of offers:
Price (C):
The contractor who offers the lowest net price will receive 100 points.
For the remaining contractors, the scoring for the price will be calculated according to the following formula, rounded off with the use of mathematical rules:
C = (Lowest offered net price) / (Net price in the offer under consideration) * 100
If the offer is presented in a foreign currency, the average NBP exchange rate of 15/02/2021 is adopted. i.e. 4.4836 PLN / EUR.
